Rasheed Rasshan

Rasheed Rasshan

Rasheed Rasshan is a community-centered leader, mentor, and executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning education, nonprofit engagement, fundraising, and cultural event management. As Chief Operating Officer of Endowed Ascension LLC, he leads operations, partnerships, and program strategy to advance the organization’s mission of empowering individuals and strengthening communities.

His work is rooted in service and connection. Rasheed builds sustainable programs, develops strategic partnerships, and creates pathways that uplift youth, families, and underserved communities while keeping every initiative aligned with the people it serves.

Over the past year, he has expanded Endowed Ascension’s presence through culturally relevant events and collaborative partnerships with local nonprofits, schools, and community leaders, creating spaces for connection, celebration, and opportunity.
